Placing Your Order
  • How do I place an order on VPNexues?
    Placing an order is simple. Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and head to checkout. Choose between our Small Box, Big Box, or B2B order types, enter your delivery details, and complete the payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email right after, and our team will reach out if we need anything else.
  • Is there a minimum order amount?
    For retail customers, there's no minimum order — order a single item if that's all you need. For B2B and wholesale buyers, the minimum order quantity varies by product and destination country. Please contact our B2B team for a customised quote.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
    Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 4 hours of placement as long as it hasn't been packed yet. Just send us a WhatsApp or email with your order ID and our team will help you out. Once the order is packed and dispatched, modifications are no longer possible.
  • Do I need to create an account to place an order?
    No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track past orders, save delivery addresses, and reorder your favourites with one click. It only takes a minute to sign up.
  • Do you accept bulk / wholesale / B2B orders?
    Absolutely — B2B and export orders are a core part of our business. We supply restaurants, hotels, grocery chains, and international distributors across India, Singapore, the US and the UAE. Visit our B2B page or email us at support@vpnexues.com with your requirements and destination country.
  • Will I get an order confirmation?
    Yes, you'll receive an order confirmation email (and WhatsApp message if you opted in) with your order ID and a summary of what you ordered. If you don't see it within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.
Payment Methods
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept a wide range of payment methods so you can pay whichever way suits you best:
    • Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
    • UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM
    • Net Banking — all major Indian banks
    • PayNow (for Singapore customers)
    • PayPal (for international customers)
    • Bank transfer / Wire transfer (for B2B and export orders)
  • Is it safe to enter my card details on your website?
    Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers — they go directly to the secure payment processor.
  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes within Tamil Nadu for orders under ₹5,000. COD is not available for international shipments or B2B orders. You'll see the COD option at checkout if your delivery address is eligible.
  • My payment failed but money was debited. What should I do?
    Don't worry — if money was deducted but your order didn't go through, it's usually automatically refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days. If you don't see the refund after 7 days, email us at support@vpnexues.com with your transaction ID and bank statement screenshot, and we'll help you sort it out.
  • Will I receive an invoice / GST bill?
    Yes. A GST-compliant invoice is automatically sent to your registered email after successful payment. For business buyers who need a GST invoice with their company's GSTIN, please provide it at checkout or email it to us before we dispatch.
Delivery & Tracking
  • Where is my order ID? I can't find it.
    Your order ID starts with VPN- followed by numbers (e.g. VPN-24581). You'll find it in:
    • Your order confirmation email (subject line or body)
    • The WhatsApp message we sent after you ordered
    • Your account dashboard under "My Orders"
    If you still can't find it, give us a call — we can look it up with your registered phone number or email.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Delivery times depend on your location:
    • Tamil Nadu (local): 1–2 business days
    • Rest of India: 3–5 business days
    • Singapore: 4–7 business days
    • UAE & USA: 7–14 business days (air freight for perishables)
    B2B and bulk export timelines are confirmed at the time of order.
  • Which countries do you deliver to?
    We currently ship to India, Singapore, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates. If you'd like us to ship to another country, drop us a note — we review new destinations every quarter and are actively expanding.
  • What are the delivery / shipping charges?
    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Local Tamil Nadu orders above ₹999 ship free. International shipping is quoted transparently — you'll see the exact amount before you pay. No hidden fees.
  • What if no one is home to receive my order?
    Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If both attempts fail, the package is held at the nearest hub for 3 days before being returned. You can also leave a note at checkout (e.g. "leave with security" or "call before delivery") and our team will pass it along.
  • My order is delayed / hasn't arrived. What do I do?
    We're sorry for any delay. First, check the tracking link for an updated ETA — courier delays do happen during peak seasons or weather events. If your order is more than 2 days past the promised date, please reach out on WhatsApp at +91 9943994603 with your order ID and we'll escalate it immediately.
Products, Freshness & Returns
  • Are your products actually organic?
    Yes. Every farm in our network is certified organic under Indian and international standards. We test soil, water, and end-produce at independent labs. You can scan the QR code on every carton to see which farm your produce came from, when it was harvested, and the inspection report.
  • How do you keep products fresh during shipping?
    Fresh produce is harvested to order, packed within hours, and shipped in cold-chain insulated packaging with ice packs where needed. For international air shipments, we use temperature-controlled freight. Spices and grains are vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness.
  • I received a damaged or wrong product. What now?
    We're genuinely sorry. Please email us at support@vpnexues.com or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery with:
    • Your order ID (VPN-xxxxx)
    • A photo of the damaged/wrong product
    • A short note on what went wrong
    We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. No long forms, no hassle.
  • What is your return / refund policy?
    Because we deal in fresh and perishable produce, we don't accept returns on opened or used items. However, if a product arrives damaged, expired, or significantly different from what you ordered, we offer:
    • Free replacement on the next delivery
    • Full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days)
    • Store credit with a 5% bonus, if you prefer
  • How long do your products stay fresh after delivery?
    Shelf life varies by product — leafy vegetables last 3–5 days refrigerated, root vegetables and fruits 7–10 days, and spices/grains up to 12 months in a cool dry place. Every pack lists the harvest date and best-before guidance.
  • Do you offer gift packs or subscription boxes?
    Yes! We offer curated Small Box and Big Box subscriptions for households, and festive gift hampers during Diwali, Pongal and year-end. Subscribers get up to 15% off and priority delivery slots. See our pricing page for details.
